Tomas Moreno, CPA
Tomas has over 15 years of experience in federal and multi state income tax. He specializes in complex areas including international tax planning, compliance, and cross border matters.
Tomas focuses on providing tailored tax services for high-net-worth individuals and families, trusts, estates, and pass-throughs. His technical expertise covers compliance and structuring for pass-through entities and multinational corporations.
Tomas has successfully represented clients during audits with IRS, FTB and CDTFA. He is also bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
Tomas holds a Master of Business Administration with concentration in accounting and bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance.
He joined Miller and Co. LLP in 2024, following a distinguished career at a large west coast regional CPA firm and a medium size CPA firm.
